What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers and major credit cards. Enterprise customers can request NET-30 payment terms.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees on any Metal on Cloud service. BMaaS is month-to-month with zero lock-in.
How does colocation internet work?
Metal on Cloud is the network provider. Bandwidth from the Gewape backbone is bundled into every colocation package — no separate ISP needed. We have direct internet exchange peering in Nairobi for low-latency traffic. Additional bandwidth and IPv4 blocks are available as add-ons.
Can I upgrade my bare metal plan later?
Yes. You can move to a larger configuration at any time. Contact our team and we will handle the migration with minimal downtime.
What's your SLA?
We offer a 99.9% uptime SLA for all bare metal and colocation services. If we don't meet this, you receive service credits.
